Patricia Morgan

Patricia Morgan is often referred to as a Spunky Seniorpreneur. Her ability to help strengthen resilience has helped many people lighten their load and brighten their outlook. Audiences describe Patricia’s message as meaningfully fun, surprisingly insightful, and delightfully uplifting.

Patricia has authored hundreds of articles and several books, one of which was made into a CBC documentary. The YMCA and CTV named her a Woman of Vision, and she is a recipient of The Spirit of CAPS award for her contribution to the Canadian speaking industry.

Stuart Ellis-Myers

Stuart knows all too well the hardships of personal health challenges that altered the course of his life at an early age. By eight years old, Stuart began to develop one of the most misunderstood neurological disorders of our time—Tourette Syndrome.

Stuart has over 50 years of lived experience with anxiety, depression and OCD-driven Bipolar panic attacks. Stuart is living proof that anyone who overcomes overwhelming circumstance tend to develop extraordinary approaches to everyday challenges, often achieving extraordinary results.

Joyce Sunada

Joyce Sunada is known as the Wellness Educator and has over 30 years experience in the teaching profession. During that time she was a teacher, an administrator, provincial consultant and a university instructor.

While a school administrator Joyce ‘burned” herself out and was sidelined by a medical leave. Once she recovered and healed Joyce chose to share her illness to wellness journey. The reason: to empower teachers to improve their wellness and positively impact their families and school communities.

Robin O'Grady

Robin is an international speaker, fitness professional and certified mindset coach. She’s an expert in physical and mental wellness and is dedicated to delivering simple strategies and tools that make wellness achievable for everyone. She is passionate and committed to walking the talk every day, not only coaching her clients but showing them it can be done.

In addition to owning O’Grady Consulting, Robin is a group fitness instructor, dance instructor and martial artist. With her contagious energy and positive outlook, Robin’s sessions are pumped full of uplifting and inspiring stories, where audiences walk away with revived vitality and heightened aspirations to meet their goals.

An interactive high-content discussion with award-winning storyteller, Kelly Swanson, about how we find, craft, tell, and share stories that matter.

Listen to Kelly share a story, and then we unpack it to discuss the teaching behind it. Then we will take volunteers who will share a story (or idea for a story, or need for a story) and Kelly will do her popular Story Makeovers. Not only does the person receiving this on-the-spot coaching receive high value, the audience learns a ton of tips, and gets their own ideas for finding stories and powering them up.
